takes neccesary action for the preparation of the meetings of the Board of Directors , according to the instructions of the president of the Board of Directors
implements the documents of the Board of Directors
regularly reports to the Board of Directors on the condition of the ports, the ports' capacities, the condition of the substructures and superstructures and on the activities held by concession
prepares and suggests a yearly program, a plan of progress of the ports and a financial plan of the ports
represents the Port Authority
takes care of other business related to the work of the Port Authority
appoints professional and technical staff
makes decisions about the coordination of the activities of concessionaires
