The rights and obligations of the General Manager 

  • takes neccesary action for the preparation of the meetings of the Board of Directors , according to the instructions of the president of the Board of Directors
  • implements the documents of the Board of Directors
  • regularly reports to the Board of Directors on the condition of the ports, the ports' capacities, the condition of the substructures and superstructures and on the activities held by concession
  • prepares and suggests a yearly program, a plan of progress of the ports and a financial plan of the ports
  • represents the Port Authority
  • takes care of other business related to the work of the Port Authority
  • appoints professional and technical staff
  • makes decisions about the coordination of the activities of concessionaires
